Company Profile: APV Mnaufacturing is a Production Plating company with over 48 years in the industry located in Santa Fe Springs, California.  Primary focus is on commercial  and Military applications.  Processes include both barrel and rack processing to commercial and ASTM standards, including barrel zinc, rack zinc, baking, chromate conversion, passivation, dipping, wax emulsion, stripping and oiling services.

Business situation: Sonic Plating’s objective was to gain a 3rd party credential and implement a management system which would allow them to increase business and decrease the costs of management.  Their goal was to increase employee involvement, customer satisfaction, data effectiveness, and company bottom line, while decreasing their costs and time.  Additionally, Sonic Plating wanted to position themselves as an industry leader and achieve certification before the end of 2009.
