QUALITY SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
The seller shall provide and maintain a system that complies with ISO9001, or AS9100 or other QMS appropriate to the product. |

Flowdown requirements
Must follow purchase order and any flow down requirements listed on the purchase order. All flow down requirements must effectively be flowed down to any external providers used by our supply chain for the provision of materials or services sold to Coast Aluminum. |

Test Reports
Actual Test Reports are required with each shipment. Deliveries without Test Reports will be refused. |

Right of Access
Right of Access must be provided to Coast Aluminum, Regulatory Authorities and Customers -- The Company, their representatives, customer(s) and any regulatory agencies shall have “Right of Entry” to the supplier facility and at any level of the supply chain, and quality records for the purpose of the audit, surveillance and/or verification of quality of work, documentation or material. The supplier shall ensure that this requirement is flowed to their supply chain. |

Awareness
All suppliers employees must be aware of their contribution to product or service conformity, to include their contribution to product safety, and the importance of ethical behavior. |

Records
Records must be kept for 10 years then transferred to Coast Aluminum. |

Purchase order changes
All changes to our purchase order, processes, product specifications, and facilities must be approved by Coast Aluminum prior to shipment. Non-conforming products must be reported to Coast. |

Chain of Custody
Chain of Custody documents must accompany shipments from distributors. |

Specification revision
Any specs noted on purchase orders must be produced to the latest revision unless otherwise noted. |

COUNTERFEIT PARTS & MATERIAL
Supplier shall have a counterfeit parts avoidance, detection, mitigation, and disposition program . Seller shall only deliver authentic material that is manufactured by or obtained from original mill sources, or authorized distributors. Seller shall make available to Coast's Purchasing agent documentation that authenticates and provides traceability of the material or parts to the applicable mill or distributor. |

INSPECTION AND TEST CHARACTERISTICS
Seller shall inspect and/or test as applicable, all characteristics defined by the purchase order, applicable drawing specifications, pertinent to the work that the Seller is responsible for performing. |

IDENTIFICATION AND DATA RETRIEVAL
Where and to the extent traceability is a specified requirement, the seller shall apply a unique identification to individual product, material or batches. This identification data shall be recorded on and traceable to related Seller records. |

CONFLICT MINERALS
If Seller is a registrant with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Seller shall comply with all the conflict minerals reporting requirements as set forth in 17 CFR PARTS 240 and 249b, (Dodd-Frank Act Section 1502), and perform appropriate due diligence on its supply chain in order to fulfill the reporting obligations of the conflict minerals rule. |
