On time, NCR percentage is calculated from completed NCR events based on defined time requirements.
On time, Corrective Action percentage is calculated from completed Corrective Action events based on Individual record requirements.
NCR percentage is based on the amount of corrective actions that have been identified training as the correction needed.
All factors are weighted per importance to the process.
Risk criteria scale is determined by management if combined percentage is Rated in the Low or Medium risk levels, then process is marked Effective and a Green check mark is displayed. If Combined percentage is Rated High risk then process is marked Not-Effective and a Red “X” is displayed.
