On time percentage is calculated from completed maintenance events.

Uptime is calculated from entire equipment inventory and based on the schedule of operation verses the amount of time the equipment has been inoperable.

Both factors are weighted per importance to the process.

Risk criteria scale is determined by management if combined percentage is Rated in the Low or Medium risk levels, then process is marked Effective and a Green check mark is displayed. If Combined percentage is Rated High risk then process is marked Not-Effective and a Red “X” is displayed.
